Why managed mobiles
A SIM is easy. Managing 20 of them isn't.
Most businesses buy their phones directly from O2 or Vodafone, then spend the next two years chasing account managers, disputing bills, and dealing with overages that nobody saw coming. When someone leaves and takes their number, or when a new starter needs setting up fast, it all falls on someone who has better things to do.
WikiTech manage your entire mobile estate — SIMs, handsets, plan changes, and device management — the same way we manage your IT. You call us, we sort it. When an employee joins, their device is enrolled, configured, and ready. When they leave, it's remotely wiped and the number is cancelled or transferred. No manual setup, no forgotten devices sitting in drawers.
Because we're already your IT provider, your mobiles sit inside the same MDM platform as your laptops and desktops. That's something no standalone phone provider can offer.
One number for everything
Your Technical Account Manager handles new SIMs, plan changes, cancellations, and porting — no navigating a network's customer service line.
Overage protection
We monitor usage and flag unusual consumption before it becomes a bill. One client ran up £9,000 in a single month before they came to us — that doesn't happen with proper management in place.
Seamless onboarding & offboarding
New starter? Device ordered and configured before their first day. Leaver? SIM cancelled and — where MDM is in place — device remotely wiped same day.
Single consolidated invoice
All your SIMs on one clear monthly invoice — no reconciling multiple network bills across different account references.
Device management
Your phone is also a managed device — not just a SIM.
When most companies give someone a phone, they set it up manually and hand it over. When that person leaves — especially if they don't give back the PIN, or have joined the device to a personal Apple or Google account — that handset is locked out and effectively lost. It happens constantly, and it's entirely avoidable.
If WikiTech already manage your IT and you're on Microsoft 365 Business Premium (or another licence that includes Intune), we'll use that to roll out MDM across your mobile estate — no additional platform cost. Your phones sit in the same management environment as your laptops and desktops, configured to company policy from day one.
If you don't have the right Microsoft licensing in place, WikiTech can provide it. We'll recommend the appropriate licence tier and set up the full Intune MDM platform for you — so even if you're not a full managed IT customer, device management is still an option.
No more personal Apple IDs on company phones. No more locked handsets. No more asking a leaver to bring the device back in so someone can reset it manually.
Zero-touch enrolment
New devices are enrolled and configured automatically — no manual setup required for each handset.
Remote wipe
Any device can be wiped remotely the moment it's lost, stolen, or a staff member leaves — regardless of whether they hand it back.
Company identity, not personal
Devices are enrolled to the company account, not a personal Apple ID or Google account. The business retains control at all times.
Policy enforcement
Security policies — screen lock, app restrictions, VPN, email configuration — applied automatically across every enrolled device.
Unified across devices
Mobiles sit in the same management platform as your laptops and desktops — one pane of glass, consistent policy.
SIM plans

All prices are ex VAT and based on a 12-month minimum term. Plans are available on O2 or Vodafone depending on coverage requirements in your area — we'll recommend the best fit.

A 5G router could be your most important disaster recovery tool.
So much of how modern businesses operate depends on cloud-based systems — email, file storage, CRM, VoIP, line-of-business applications. When your internet goes down, it's not just inconvenient — a whole office of staff unable to work can cost a business significantly in lost productivity, missed orders, and idle time, often far more than the outage itself.
A 5G mobile broadband router provides an automatic or rapid failover connection using the mobile network. It won't replace your primary broadband in terms of speed, but it's more than enough to keep your team working — accessing emails, cloud apps, and taking calls — while your main line is restored. For many businesses it's one of the simplest and most cost-effective resilience measures available.
