Mesh Gateway, now part of the Bitdefender family, is the platform WikiTech deploy for businesses that aren’t on Microsoft 365 Business Premium. It sits in front of your email environment as a gateway: all inbound mail passes through it before reaching your users’ inboxes.

Setup takes around 15 minutes via a simple MX record change, and it works with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Exchange. Once deployed, it runs quietly in the background, filtering spam, blocking malicious links, sandboxing attachments, and detecting impersonation attempts, without any day-to-day management required from your team.

Users can manage their own quarantine through a clean interface and set their own trusted senders. WikiTech manage everything at the platform level: policy configuration, monitoring, and any adjustments needed.
