Servers
Windows and Linux servers, on-premise or in the cloud: specified, built, patched, and monitored. Where a server is genuinely the right answer we build it properly, and where it isn’t we’ll tell you and design the cloud alternative instead.
Servers, switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, cabling, and internet connectivity: designed, installed, and supported by the same engineers, so nothing falls between a builder who left and a helpdesk that never saw the plans.
Most infrastructure problems come from nobody owning the whole picture: one company installed the network, another supplies the internet, and the IT provider supports none of it. We own all of it.

LAN design, managed switches, VLAN segregation, and documentation that actually exists. A network you can grow into, not a cupboard of unlabelled cables nobody dares touch.
Site surveys, properly positioned access points, and separate guest and corporate networks. Coverage that reaches the whole building and stays fast when everyone is on it, not a domestic router doing its best.
Business-grade firewalls configured, patched, and managed: content filtering, VPN for remote access, and sensible rules kept up to date. The perimeter of your network treated as the security control it is.
Broadband, full-fibre, and leased lines sourced and managed for you, with 4G/5G failover where downtime would hurt. One provider chasing the carrier when something breaks, instead of you in a call queue.
Structured cabling, new office fit-outs, desk moves, and relocations. We plan the IT side of the move, cable the space properly, and have your team working on day one in the new office.
The usual model splits your network across three companies: an installer who cabled the office and moved on, a carrier you only speak to via a call queue, and an IT provider who says “that’s not ours” whenever the problem touches either. Every fault becomes a negotiation about whose it is.
WikiTech does it differently: the engineers who design and install your infrastructure are the same senior engineers who answer your support calls. They know where every cable goes because they ran it, and when something breaks there is exactly one company to call.
Everything we install is documented, monitored 24/7, and supported under your managed plan, not left as a mystery for the next person.
Whether it’s a single firewall or a full office fit-out, the process is the same: understand first, design second, install properly, then support what we built.
We look at what you actually have: the comms cabinet, the switching, the Wi-Fi coverage, the internet contract. You get an honest picture of what’s solid, what’s fragile, and what’s costing you money.
We design around your building, your headcount, and your growth plans, then quote it clearly. Hardware is recommended on fit, not margin, and you’ll understand exactly what you’re buying and why.
Our own engineers do the installation: cabling, switches, access points, firewalls, servers. No subcontractor handoffs, and the people configuring it are the people who’ll answer the phone afterwards.
Everything we install goes under 24/7 monitoring and is supported as part of your managed plan. When something misbehaves we usually know before you do, and fixing it is our job, not a new invoice.
Monitoring, patching, and day-to-day support for your network sits inside your WikiTech managed IT plan, alongside your helpdesk, Microsoft 365, and cyber security. New installations are quoted as clear one-off projects, then folded into the same plan once they’re live.
You’re not alone: most businesses inherit a network nobody documented. Book a free assessment and we’ll survey what you have, tell you what’s solid, and flag anything that’s quietly waiting to fail.
