What we supply

Everything your team works on, from one place.

Buying IT is easy. Buying the right IT, configured properly, tracked over its life, and actually supported afterwards: that’s the part most businesses are missing.

Laptops & desktops

Business-grade machines specified for the person using them: the right processor, memory, and warranty for the job. Not consumer kit from a retail park that struggles from month one, and not the most expensive model on the sheet either.

Business-grade · Right-sized

Microsoft 365 & software licensing

Microsoft 365 licences supplied at cost and managed as part of your plan: the right plan per user, added and removed as staff change, and reviewed so you stop paying for licences nobody is using.

At cost · Managed monthly

Servers & networking hardware

Servers, switches, firewalls, and access points specified alongside our infrastructure team. The kit is chosen by the engineers who will install and support it, so it fits the network it is joining.

Specified by engineers

Peripherals & meeting rooms

Monitors, docks, headsets, and meeting-room kit that plays nicely with Teams. The unglamorous hardware that decides whether hybrid working feels smooth or like a daily fight with a cable.

Monitors · Docks · Teams rooms

Mobile phones & SIMs

Business mobile contracts, handsets, and SIMs managed in one place, alongside the rest of your IT. One provider to call whether the problem is a laptop, a licence, or a lost phone.

Contracts · Handsets · SIMs

Renewals & licence management

We track your renewals, warranties, and licence counts so nothing auto-renews at a worse price or lapses unnoticed. When a renewal approaches you get a recommendation, not a surprise invoice.

Tracked · Reviewed · Rightsized
How we quote

We recommend what fits, not what pays best.

Plenty of IT providers treat procurement as a profit centre: the quote is padded, the recommendation is whatever carries the biggest margin, and the licensing bill quietly grows every year because nobody is paid to shrink it.

Our model is the opposite. We earn our living on the managed service, so the only thing a recommendation has to do is be right. That’s why Microsoft licensing comes at cost, quotes are itemised and explained, and the answer is sometimes “keep what you’ve got for another year”.

Every device we supply joins your asset register and your managed plan on day one: imaged, enrolled in Intune, secured, and supported for its whole working life.

Process

How it works.

From “we need three laptops for new starters” to kit on desks and licences on accounts, without you touching a vendor website or a courier tracking page.

1

Requirements

We start with the person and the job, not the catalogue: who is the kit for, what do they do, what does it need to survive? For licensing, we look at what your team actually uses today.

2

Quote & recommend

You get a clear, itemised quote with a recommendation and the reasoning behind it. If the cheaper option is the right option, that is what we recommend. No guesswork, no padding.

3

Order & configure

We order, image, and enrol devices into Intune before they reach the user: apps installed, policies applied, security baked in. New starters open the lid, sign in, and work.

4

Deliver & support

The kit lands on the right desk, the licence lands on the right account, and both go straight under your managed plan: supported, monitored, and tracked on your asset register from day one.

Part of the managed service

Procurement works because support comes with it.

Anyone can sell you a laptop. The value is what happens next: the device is enrolled, secured, tracked, and supported, the licence is reviewed at renewal, and the warranty claim is handled for you. That’s why procurement sits inside our managed IT support rather than being a shop on its own.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you mark up hardware?
We quote hardware transparently and recommend on fit, not margin. Microsoft 365 licensing is supplied at cost as part of our managed plans. Where we make our living is the managed service, not the shopping, which is exactly why we have no incentive to sell you the biggest box on the sheet.
Can we buy our own kit elsewhere?
Of course, and if you find a genuinely better price we will say so. The value we add is specification, configuration, warranty handling, and support: a laptop we supply arrives enrolled, secured, and ready to work, and when it fails the warranty claim is our problem, not yours. If you do buy elsewhere, we can still configure and support it.
What happens when something fails under warranty?
You log a ticket, and we handle the manufacturer: the diagnostics, the claim, the courier, the chase. Where a machine has to go away for repair we get the user working in the meantime. Nobody in your business needs to sit on hold with a vendor.
Can you sort out our Microsoft licensing mess?
Yes, and most businesses have one: a mix of plans bought at different times, licences assigned to leavers, and features being paid for twice. We audit what you have, map it to what your team actually uses, and rightsize it. It is one of the quickest savings we find for new clients.
Do new starters really arrive ready to work?
Yes. With Intune and Autopilot, a new laptop is enrolled before it is even unboxed: the user signs in with their work account and the device configures itself with the right apps, policies, and security. Onboarding a starter becomes a form, not a project.
Do we need to be a WikiTech support client?
Procurement and licensing work best as part of our managed IT support, because the point is that kit and licences are supported, tracked, and rightsized over their whole life, not just sold. If you have a one-off requirement, get in touch anyway and we will give you an honest answer.

Paying for licences nobody is using?

Most businesses are. A free assessment includes a look at your licensing and hardware position: what you have, what you actually use, and where the easy savings are.
